CONSUMER RIGHTS, CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG:27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.

3. Shipping costs, which are product delivery expenses, will be paid by buyers.

4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, not exceeding the 30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual if any.

6. In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of learning about it. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

7. If the Buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

8. If after product delivery, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was wrongfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the contract product to the SELLER within 3 days with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS

9. If force majeure events that the Seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if payment was made in cash, this amount is paid to them in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the Buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

10. The Buyer will inspect the contracted goods/services before accepting delivery; will not accept damaged and defective goods/services from the shipping company such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. The goods/services received will be considered undamaged and intact. After delivery, the BUYER must protect the goods/services carefully. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the goods/services should not be used. The Invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

11. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or to the person/organization at the specified address, by notifying the SELLER through the contact information below, without assuming any legal and criminal liability and without showing any reason.

DURATION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

13. If what the Buyer has purchased is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where service provision begins with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal right period expires. The Buyer has been provided with notification about the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the Buyer places the order knowing the Withdrawal conditions.

14. Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

15. To use the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail, fax, email, or method specified by the SELLER in writing or by relevant method, and the product must not have been used within the framework of "Products That Cannot Be Subject to Right of Withdrawal" provisions regulated in this contract.

USE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

16. The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns with invoices issued to institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

17. Return form, box of products to be returned, packaging, standard accessories if any must be delivered complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS

18. The SELLER is obligated to return the total amount and documents that put the BUYER under debt within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notification and to take back the goods within 20 days.

19. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the BUYER's fault or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obligated to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to proper use of the goods or product within the withdrawal right period.

20. If the campaign limit amount arranged by the SELLER falls below due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited within the campaign scope is canceled.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE SUBJECT TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

21. According to the Regulation, it is not possible to return underwear bottom pieces, swimwear and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, single-use products, products that are likely to spoil quickly or expire, products that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines except those provided under subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Additionally, according to the Regulation, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal right period expires.

22. For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikini, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untried, undamaged and unused.
