MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Please read the following agreement carefully before becoming a member of our site.

1. Parties

a) ..... A.Ş. located at .......... Istanbul, which conducts the activities of www....com website (Hereinafter referred to as ....).

b) Internet user who becomes a member of www.....com website ("Member")

2. Subject of Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of www......com website owned by .... by the member.

3. Rights and Obligations of Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of www....com website is accurate before the law, and that they will immediately compensate for all damages that .... may incur due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.2. The Member cannot give the password provided by .... to other persons or organizations; the right to use this password belongs exclusively to the member. .... reserves all rights to claim compensation and other demands arising from such unauthorized use against all claims and demands that may be asserted against .... by third parties or authorized authorities.

3.3. The Member accepts and undertakes from the beginning to comply with legal legislation provisions while using www......com website and not to violate them. Otherwise, all legal and criminal obligations will be binding exclusively on the member.

3.4. The Member cannot use www......com website in any way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, harasses or disturbs others, for an illegal purpose, or in a way that infringes on others' intellectual and copyright rights. Additionally, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) and transactions that prevent or hinder others from using services.

3.5. The ideas and thoughts expressed, written, and used by members on www......com website are entirely their own personal views and bind the opinion holder. These views and thoughts have no connection or relation to ..... .... has no responsibility for damages that third parties may suffer due to the member's expressed opinions and views, or damages that the member may suffer due to opinions and views expressed by third parties.

3.6. .... will not be responsible for unauthorized reading of member data and damages to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from .... for any damage they may suffer due to the use of www......com website.

3.7. The Member has agreed not to access or use other internet users' software and data without permission. Otherwise, all legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely to the member.

3.8. A member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally responsible criminally and legally for this violation and will keep .... free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Additionally, if this violation is brought to the legal arena, .... reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.9. .... has the right to unilaterally delete the member's membership, files, documents, and information when necessary. The member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, .... has no responsibility.

3.10. The software and design of www......com website are the property of ...., and related copyright and/or other intellectual property rights are protected by relevant laws and cannot be used, acquired, or modified by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

3.11. Some information may be collected by .... for improving and developing www......com website and/or within the framework of legal legislation, such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site, date and time of access to the site, pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the website that enables direct connection to the site.

3.12. .... may disclose the member's personal information when legally required or when it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with legal requirements or legal proceedings served on ....; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of .... and the .... website family.

3.13. Measures have been taken within available means to ensure that the .... website is free from viruses and similar malicious software. However, to ensure ultimate security, users must provide their own virus protection system and ensure necessary protection. In this context, by entering the .... website, the member is deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for all errors that may occur in their software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.

3.14. .... reserves the right to change the site's content at any time, modify or terminate any service provided to users, or delete registered user information and data on the .... website.

3.15. .... can change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any prior notice and/or warning. Each provision that is changed, updated, or repealed will take effect for all members on the publication date.

3.16. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to .... will be considered as the sole and genuine exclusive evidence in accordance with HUMK Article 287 and that these records constitute an evidence agreement.

3.17. While .... has the authority to send informational emails to its members' registered email addresses and informational SMS messages to their mobile phones pursuant to this membership agreement, the member will be deemed to have accepted receiving informational emails to their email address and informational SMS messages to their mobile phone by approving this membership agreement.

4. Termination of Agreement

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by ..... .... may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

5. Resolution of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes related to this agreement.

6. Effectiveness

The member's registration means that the member has read all articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and mutually entered into force when the member becomes a member.
