When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the cargo report, check if there is any damage or problem with the box of your product. If there is any damage or deficiency or the box tape has opened, return your box to the cargo officer without signing any documents regarding the delivery and requesting that a report be drawn up. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. In the event that products with damaged boxes or claimed to be missing content are received, we are not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products inside. Please report this situation as soon as possible in writing to our **  address or verbally to our phone number  ** with your contract number.
